Finish your account setup
Right after signing up you'll see a quick Quick Setup card. This takes about 20 seconds — just your name and business name (used on your profile and invoices), and an optional phone number. Then you're straight into building your first agent.

This is where your agent comes to life. It's a guided, four-part wizard — pick a plan and describe your business, teach it what you offer, style it to match your brand, then set up lead capture and launch. A live preview on the right updates as you go, so you always see exactly what your visitors will.

Pick the plan that fits your traffic — you won't be charged until your trial ends. Then tell the agent your business name, industry and the name it should introduce itself with.
Teach it about your business
Add your services, pricing and hours, and a few common FAQs. Short on time? Paste your website URL and hit Scrape site — the agent reads your pages and fills in the knowledge automatically. You can always add more later.
Style it to match your brand
Pick a theme color, upload your logo, and write the greeting visitors see first. Custom instructions let you set the tone ("always be polite, never offer discounts"), and the toggles control the chat experience — quick-reply pills, booking buttons and more. Watch the live preview update instantly.
Set up lead capture & launch
Choose what the agent collects before handing you a lead — name, email, phone, and any custom field you need. Add a notification email, your Calendly booking link, and an optional webhook to push leads into your CRM. Then hit Launch my agent.
